Business Development Manager

UP is a CiC that has been set up to support the work of WHAG

WHAG is a leading charity working in Rochdale, Bury, and Cheshire West and Chester providing domestic abuse support to women and men and homelessness support to women. WHAG provide different levels of support for improving the safety and life opportunities of service users.

We are looking for energetic and organised co-workers who are passionate about making a difference. We are looking for new members who will play a key role in the development of Up. The roles require a rare combination of strengths in organisation, relationship building, and practical judgment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and innovative organisation.

We currently have opportunities for:

New Post: Up Business and Development Manager

The Up manager will report to the UP Directors and will liaise at all levels maintaining and building relationships with external contacts. Overall responsibility for Up and its development. Implementing its business plan and managing a small staff team.

  • Salary  £27,500 –  Salary will be reviewed annually alongside performance review and  increased if targets met
  • Hours: 37 Hours
  • Car Milage

Training co-ordinator

. New Post: Up Training Manager

The Up manager will report to the Business Development Manager and will deliver and sell Up training packages.  Salary: £22,000 – Salary will be reviewed annually alongside performance review and  increased if targets met
